Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to optimize model performance.
- Coordinate knowledge sharing sessions to foster team growth and innovation.
- Monitor and evaluate model outputs to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.
- Strong experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and preprocess data for model training.
- Familiarity with neural network architectures and transformer-based models.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing model training workflows.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models.

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
