Urgent Openings – Sales Intake Executive

Reflective Customer Solutions (RCS) is a specialized outsourcing partner working with multiple Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) across Canada. We support trustee firms by managing sales intake, back-office operations, marketing support, and client coordination for federally regulated debt relief programs. Our work directly helps Canadians facing financial stress navigate government-approved legal solutions.

Shift & Location:

- Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Fixed Shift, Canada Process).
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent.
- Location requirement: Residing in or near Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, or nearby suburbs.

Job Overview: This is a counselling-only role, no cold calling. You will engage with Canadian clients who reach us via website inquiries, referrals, and digital campaigns. Your role is to understand their situation, explain available programs clearly, and guide them through the first stage of their journey with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Speak with clients who submit inquiries through online channels.
- Understand financial concerns and explain available options clearly.
- Build trust through calm, transparent, and supportive communication.




- Guide clients through initial intake and next steps.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal administrative teams for smooth processing.

What We Expect:

- Education: Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass), graduates preferred.
- Language: Strong spoken English (neutral accent preferred).
- Experience: Previous sales, BPO, or customer support experience is a plus.
- Skills: Ability to handle objections positively and professionally.
- Availability: Ready to work a permanent night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
