Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.

This is an on-site position and requires someone who is confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Present and explain products/services effectively to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into sales.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work closely with team members to achieve overall business goals.




- Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
