- Manage customer calls: Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide information.
- Perform data entry: Log call outcomes, update customer databases, and maintain accurate records.
- Process backend documentation: Manage client files, process orders and organized office paper work
- Coordinate internal teams: Pass verified leads and critical customer feedback to the sales or management team
