We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee and scale our seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. If you know the ins and outs of marketplace operations, listing optimization, and ad campaigns, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Account Management: Daily operations, health monitoring, and performance management across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller portals.
- Cataloging & Listing: Create, update, and optimize product listings (A+ content, keywords, titles, descriptions) for maximum visibility.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, plan inventory replenishment, and resolve FBA/Warehouse/Flex delivery issues.
- Marketing & PPC Ads: Create and manage ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Promotions) to boost sales while keeping ACOS/ROAS optimized.
- Issue Resolution: Handle seller support tickets, claims, returns, and customer feedback/reviews promptly.
- Promotions & Deals: Participate in marketplace sale events (Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, etc.) and plan promotional strategies.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
