Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding colleges, courses, and admissions.
- Handle student queries professionally over calls.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain records.
- Build strong communication and positive relationships with students.
- Assist students in understanding career opportunities and admission procedures.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, positive, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of colleges/courses will be an added advantage.
