As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and reliable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and reliability. Additionally, the position requires updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of technical issues to support business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting processes and procedures to improve team knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting and incident management.
- Experience in creating and implementing Requests for Change.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and service management teams.
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Linux Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
