we are looking for talented and creative Interior Designers and Interior Architects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing interior spaces as well as architectural projects from concept to completion. Moreover, the candidate will also work closely with clients and the project team to deliver innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and align with our company standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Designing and developing creative interior and architectural solutions . Preparing and presenting detailed plans and drawings . Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements . Overseeing the execution of design projects to ensure quality, and timelines . Coordinating with contractors and vendors REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS 1. CAD software proficiency- . AutoCAD (floor plans, elevations, sections) . Sketchup (3D modelling and presentation) [not mandatory] 2. Drawings they should produce . Floor plans (scaled layout showing dimensions) . Elevations (wall views showing heights and finishes) . Sections (vertical cuts showing spatial relationships) . Details (close-ups of construction, joinery, fixtures) . Material specifications and schedules. 3. Drawing standards . Correct line weights and conventions .



Title blocks and revision tracking . Clear dimensioning and annotations 4. Documentation ability . Material schedules and legends . Finish selections documentations . Technical specifications writing PORTFOLIO REVIEW CHECKLIST . Quality of technical drawings . Precision and attention to detail . Variety of project types

Presentation quality . Problem-solving approach EXPERIENCE LEVEL . Junior: basic CAD, guided by seniors . Mid-level: independent drawing production, some detailing . Senior: complex projects, code compliance, quality control To qualify, a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field is necessary. The ideal candidate must specialize in Interior Designing and space planning along with interior styling and décor knowledge. The candidate must also possess robust communication and project management skills and confidence. Attention to details and ability to work within deadlines is a must. The ideal candidate must be confident, creative and has a keen eye for unique concepts of designing. CTC (per annum): 96K to 2.4K (depending upon experience and skills)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
