Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI. The candidate should be capable of designing scalable enterprise AI solutions, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring junior data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop advanced AI systems using LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise applications.
- Develop NLP solutions for:
- Text processing
- Entity extraction
- Classification
- Summarization
- Information retrieval
- Semantic search
- Dialogue management
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Perform feature engineering, data preparation, model optimization, and performance tuning.
- Design ensemble learning strategies to improve model accuracy.
- Implement Explainable AI and model transparency frameworks.
- Perform model validation, benchmarking, bias testing, and performance evaluation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.




- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and business teams.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote AI/ML best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solution development.
- Strong programming experience in:
- Python

- Robust hands-on experience with:
- TensorFlow

- Scikit-learn
- Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models in production environments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a combination of strong Data Science fundamentals and practical Generative AI experience, with the ability to take AI solutions from concept and experimentation through production deployment.

Candidates with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Agentic AI, NLP, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI applications will be preferred.
