Field Sales Executive- Pune

Job Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers and generate new business opportunities.

Promote and explain the company's products and services.

Conduct client meetings and product presentations.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the Sales Manager. These responsibilities align with

common field sales expectations for entry-level roles.

Eligibility:

MBA (Marketing) preferred / Any Graduate with an interest in Sales & Marketing.

Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for field visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (preferred).

Passion for sales and customer interaction.
