Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in at least three Oracle HCM Cloud modules from Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor. The consultant should be able to independently manage functional workstream activities, client discussions, solution configuration, testing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering sessions and business process discussions.
- Own configuration and functional solutioning for at least three Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Prepare and review functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, conversions, reports, workflows, and security requirements.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business validation activities.
- Guide junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing within the team.

Required Skills

- Modules Required : Core HR [ Mandatory ] along with any of these 2 modules [ORC ,Absence ,Payroll, Benefit ,OTL ,Compensation ]
- Addtional Knowledge with HCM module - Talent - is good to have
- Working knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of cross-module processes and dependencies.




- Ability to independently conduct client-facing functional discussions.
- Strong documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across relevant modules.
- Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Knowledge of HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Rapid Formula, approvals, and workflows.
- Experience in multi-country or complex HCM environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
