*Role Overview*

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Employee Perks Underwriting Team. The candidate will be trained in analysing employee census data, understanding group insurance requirements and supporting the underwriting and placement of GMC, GPA and GTL policies.

*Key Responsibilities*

Analyse employee census data including age, gender, family composition, employee categories and sum insured.

Assist in analysing claims experience, utilisation, premium and loss ratios.

Prepare RFQs, underwriting data sheets and insurer submissions.

Assist in obtaining and comparing quotations from insurers.

Compare premium, coverage, exclusions, deductibles, terms and conditions.

Support underwriting for Group Mediclaim (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Group Term Life (GTL) policies.

Coordinate with clients and insurers for required data, clarifications and underwriting requirements.

Maintain underwriting records,



Excel-based calculations and comparison sheets.

Assist in renewal analysis and identifying trends in claims and risk experience.

Support senior underwriters in day-to-day underwriting and placement activities.

*Eligibility*

Graduate in any discipline – B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., B.Tech or equivalent.

Freshers are welcome.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Prior insurance knowledge is not mandatory.

A numerically strong, analytical and detail-oriented individual with an interest in Employee Benefits and Insurance Underwriting, who can work comfortably with large employee datasets and claims information.
