About VIOSOFT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly individuals to join our Lucknow team as Marketing & Delivery Executive.This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for both delivering customer orders and promoting VIOSOFT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED among local customers and merchants.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely and on time within assigned areas of Lucknow.
- Plan daily delivery routes based on location and delivery schedules.
- Pick up, load, transport and hand over orders carefully.
- Verify order details before delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and status updates.
- Communicate professionally with customers during delivery.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Report delivery delays, damaged/missing items or other issues promptly.
Promotion Responsibilities
- Promote the VIOSOFT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED platform in assigned local areas.
- Introduce customers and local businesses to VIOSOFT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED's services.
- Explain key features, offers and benefits of the platform.
- Encourage new customers to download/register on the platform.
- Support local merchant/customer acquisition activities.
- Distribute promotional material and create awareness about VIOSOFT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.
- Collect basic market feedback and share customer insights with the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Good knowledge of Lucknow roads/local areas is preferred.
- Strong customer-service attitude.
- Ability to manage time and complete deliveries within assigned timelines.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and local businesses.
- Responsible, punctual and presentable.
- Previous experience in delivery, field sales, marketing, customer service or promotions will be an advantage.
