Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will work closely with creative and marketing teams to edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, advertising, product showcases, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include arranging and trimming clips, adding sound effects and music, applying color grading, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves creating basic motion graphics, integrating titles and transitions, and preparing final deliverables in required formats and resolutions. The Video Editor will participate in review cycles, respond to feedback, manage multiple projects with deadlines, and help maintain an organized library of media assets.





Qualifications

- Proficiency in Video Production (Generative AI) and Video Editing, including assembling footage and creating engaging narratives.
- Strong skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animations.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects). No CapCut Editors are required.
- Understanding of audio editing, sound design basics, and export settings for various platforms (social media, web, and broadcast).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to iterative feedback and revisions.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
