Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and developers.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Present and pitch company products to potential clients.
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:





- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in construction, real estate, or building materials.
- Strong network in the architecture and interior design community is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to travel as needed.
