Position: Business Development / Lead Generation Executive – US Market
Experience: 6–9 months
Preferred: Candidates with prior exposure to the US market and/or US staffing/recruitment

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing through multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
- Valuable understanding of LinkedIn-based prospecting and outreach.
- Ability to identify and engage potential clients and decision-makers.
- Take complete ownership of LinkedIn activities and deliverables, including connections, outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
- Ability to build and maintain both client and candidate pipelines.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.




- Ability to work independently and take accountability for assigned deliverables.

Preferred Tool Exposure:

- LinkedIn / LinkedIn Premium / Sales Navigator
- Apollo or similar lead-generation platforms
- Job boards and resume databases
- Boolean search and other candidate sourcing tools

The primary objective of this position will be to strengthen our US business development and sourcing capabilities, generate qualified leads, expand our prospect pipeline, and support candidate sourcing requirements through multiple channels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
