Job Summary:

We are seeking a agent-focused Outbound/ Inbound Tour Executive to manage end-to-end international holiday packages and travel arrangements. The role involves itinerary planning, quotations, bookings, customer assistance, coordination with travel partners, and delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end outbound holiday and international travel bookings.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel services.
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel requirements.
- Provide destination guidance and respond to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with hotels and travel partners.
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring high service standards.
- Support sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.

Qualification & Skill:

- 1 – 4 years of experience in outbound travel and tourism.
- Good knowledge of international destinations and travel procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.




- Ability to manage multiple bookings under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
