HR Generalist – Ambrient Infra Private Limited

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support recruitment and employee-related processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave and basic HR operations.
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining trackers.
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.

Location: Bhopal, Madhya PradeshJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
