About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Assistant to join our growing dental clinic team. This role is a blend of patient-facing reception duties and clinical assistance, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Front Desk Management
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs.
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Clinical Assistance
- Support dentists during procedures with chairside assistance.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas.
- Guide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the clinic at all times.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with billing, payments, and insurance coordination.




- Maintain stock of dental supplies and materials.
- Support clinic events, dental camps, and outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of dental procedures and instruments (training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling software).
