We are looking for a Corporate Law and FEMA Associate who has a basic understanding of SEBI Insider Trading Regulations and is interested in learning Company Law and FEMA.
The role will include:
- Assisting with insider trading compliance and UPSI monitoring
- Maintaining designated person records
- Monitoring trading window compliance
- Assisting with pre-clearance and disclosures
- Preparing and maintaining corporate documents
- Assisting with Companies Act compliances
- Supporting FEMA-related work and assignments
Freshers and candidates pursuing CS, CMA, Commerce, or a related course can also apply. Candidates should have positive research, drafting, communication and organisational skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
