Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat in a qualified manner
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Update customer information and interaction details in the system
- Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
Required Skills
- Good written communication skills (English and/or Hindi as required)
