● Control day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food & supplies & developing restaurant teams.

● Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining registers and licenses.

●Follows the people positioning guide and organizes and directs team members on all stations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

● Actively engages and motivates staff day to day through the use of basic people practices; reward and recognition.

● Handles customer complaints efficiently; politely and professionally.

● Can recognize the visual characteristics of good quality products and takes action to achieve and

maintain best standard products at all times.

● Is responsible for and understands the importance of adhering to all Food Safety and Health and

Safety policies and regulations.





● Adheres to the cleaning and planned maintenance calendars day to day to ensure well maintained

equipment and a clean restaurant.

● Ensures all products and menu items are available.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

Preferred 2.5 years' experience with an international QSR or IHM degree and 2.5 years' experience in QSR

Solid interpersonal and verbal communication skill

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
