Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
3. Motivating the sales team on Appearance, Tardiness and Manners
4. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
5. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff
6. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a skilled manner.
7. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
9. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements,
and profits.
10. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
11. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
12. Preparing Aging reports for the store.
13. Managing Client Escalations before taking it to the Founder.
14. Managing and monitoring the walk-in Data for the store they are responsible for.
Key SKills:
a) Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
b) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
c) Strong leadership and team-building skills.
d) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
e) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
