Hiring: Industrial Robot Programmer

About the Requirement -

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Robot Programmer with hands-on experience in programming and operating industrial robots.

The candidate will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing robot movements for efficient and accurate manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and maintain robot programs for KUKA, FANUC, ABB, or similar systems. - Integrate robots with engineering and production processes.

- Use simulation software for program validation and cycle-time optimization.

- Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Troubleshoot robot programming, hardware, and peripheral equipment.

- Ensure compliance with robotic safety standards.

- Maintain documentation for robot programs, setup procedures, and troubleshooting.

- Train and support production and maintenance teams.

- Continuously improve robot operations, cycle times,



and system performance.

Required Skills -

1–2 years of hands-on experience in industrial robot programming.

Strong knowledge of KUKA, FANUC, ABB, or similar robot programming languages.

Knowledge of robotics software and simulation tools.

Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems is a plus.

Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Safety-conscious and detail-oriented approach.

Robotics certifications are an added advantage.

Education Degree or Diploma in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
