- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (If you own and bring your own Splicing & OTDR Machine)
- Up to ₹15,000 per month (If you do not have your own Splicing & OTDR Machine)

We are expanding our team in Ranchi and looking for a motivated, skilled, and reliable Splicer & OTDR Technician to handle our field-based fiber internet and broadband infrastructure. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys fieldwork and technical troubleshooting, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Splicing & Installation: Perform precise fusion splicing of fiber cables for new field installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Testing & Diagnostics: Utilize an OTDR machine to test fiber links, locate faults, measure signal loss, and ensure optimal network performance.
- Emergency Response: Travel across various locations in Ranchi to quickly resolve network breakdowns, fiber cuts, and client connectivity issues.




- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and carefully handle all splicing tools, OTDR equipment, and company assets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Hands-on experience in Fiber Internet, Broadband, or FTTH backgrounds.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in fusion splicing and operating OTDR testing machines.
- Vehicle (Mandatory): Own a reliable two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) for daily field travel.
- Traits: Ready for outdoor field work, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure during network outages.
