Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Supervisor to manage day-to-day logistics, dispatch, inventory coordination, and warehouse-related activities. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, solid coordination skills, and working knowledge of Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily logistics, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, and customers.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of stock, dispatches, invoices, and deliveries.
- Prepare and verify logistics-related documentation.
- Use Tally for inventory, billing, and related data entry/record management.
- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Resolve delivery, dispatch, and logistics-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare regular logistics and inventory reports for management.




- Supervise and coordinate with logistics/warehouse staff.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with additional qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience:

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in Tally is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in inventory management and dispatch coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
