Position: Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Visit potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Present and explain company products and services to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and prepare quotations when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales deals.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfilment.

Requirements





- Any Degree / Diploma / Plus Two.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
