Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through Voice & Chat Support.
- Resolve customer concerns in real time with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain quality standards and process compliance.

Eligibility:

- Experienced Candidates Only (Minimum 6 months)
- Positive English Communication Skills
- BPO/Customer Support experience preferred

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC (Fixed)
