JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients
- Generate and qualify leads
- Explain services and answer basic queries
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain lead and call records
- Update Google Sheets/CRM regularly
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team
- Achieve assigned performance targets

REQUIREMENTS

- Positive communication skills
- Hindi + Basic English preferred




- Smartphone and stable internet connection
- Basic computer/Google Sheets knowledge
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Previous sales/telecalling experience is an advantage
- Freshers can also apply
