InnovativeBIZ Technologies Pvt. ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, creative designing, digital advertising.
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create high-quality content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, ensuring timely responses.
- Track social media performance using analytics and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Track competitors and identify new opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in Social Media Management.




- Experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Practical understanding of *Meta Ads and Google Ads, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar social media tools is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Robust analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
