Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree, or PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inclusive recruitment strategies for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals
- Facilitate a smooth and comprehensive onboarding process for new hires in alignment with HR standard operating procedures
- Identify training needs, lead and monitor training plan through collaboration with managers and employees
- Establish fair and transparent appraisal systems, assisting managers in providing constructive feedback
- Promote open communication to address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively
- Foster a positive, healthy, and engaging work culture within the organization
- Manage compensation structures and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Work closely with leadership to align HR policies and strategies with overall business objectives
- Communicate new and updated HR policies and procedures clearly to all employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR metrics reports to track performance and trends
- Create a solid 'Employer Brand' for the company
Skill Requirement:

- Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills
- Attention to details while keeping the high level overview
- Proficient in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheet
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Exposure to ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 environments will be an added advantage
