Role Summary

This role provides end-to-end support for business mobile applications, covering deployment, operational rollout, and onboarding of mobile communication tools across the organization. The role acts as the technical bridge between application publishing, device management platforms, and business stakeholders, ensuring mobile applications are reliably available, compliant, and functioning across the enterprise app ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Application Publishing & App Store Management

- Manage end-to-end app submission and deployment processes on the BSH-specific App Store.
- Ensure all applications meet required standards and pass necessary checks prior to publishing.
- Conduct post-publication testing to verify successful deployment and functionality.

Application Deployment (Applivery Platform)

- Own deployment and release activities on the Applivery app deployment platform.
- Support application deployment activities and troubleshoot Applivery-related issues.
- Coordinate rollout schedules and communication for new and updated mobile applications.

Cross-Functional Support

- Provide operational support to the Home Connect team and Bosch team during business-side application testing.




- Confirm and troubleshoot application availability on the App Store and company Intune.
- Assess and validate application compatibility across Android and iOS devices.
- Participate in the rollout and communication of mobile applications to end users and stakeholders.

Required Knowledge & Skills

- Working knowledge of app submission, review, and deployment workflows on enterprise app stores.
- Familiarity with Applivery (or comparable MDM/app deployment platforms).
- Understanding of Microsoft Intune for application distribution and device management.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS platform compatibility considerations.
- Solid stakeholder coordination skills to support cross-team testing and rollout communication.
- Analytical and troubleshooting mindset for resolving deployment and platform issues.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in mobile application lifecycle management (publishing, testing, deployment) in an enterprise setting.
- Exposure to workplace technology/digital enablement functions.
- Experience coordinating with business and technical teams during software rollouts.
