We are looking for a Social Media Analyst who is data-driven, creative, and analytical to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media activities, analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and developing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms, including audience interactions and communications.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive social media and content calendar.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, PR articles, emailers, and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Identify social media trends, audience behavior, and performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop innovative marketing and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to improve website visibility, traffic, and overall digital performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing,



or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and social media scheduling/management tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
