Position: Contracts & Billing Engineer
Department: Projects / Contracts & Billing
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering
Location: Pune / Project Site
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Reporting To: Senior Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction contracts, work orders, subcontractor documentation and contractual records.
- Prepare, verify and certify RA Bills, Final Bills, measurements and BOQs.
- Conduct quantity verification, rate analysis and measurement reconciliation.
- Monitor contractor billing, variations, extra items, recoveries, retention and advances.
- Track project costs, budgets, variations and potential cost overruns.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, consultants, procurement and Accounts.
- Maintain accurate billing, contract and project cost documentation.
- Prepare MIS, cost statements and billing reports for management.
- Ensure bills and additional works are processed only with proper measurements, supporting documents and approvals.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, RA Bills, MB, Rate Analysis and Contract Administration.
- Good understanding of construction contracts and contractor management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of AutoCAD and billing/ERP software preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, documentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple contractors/projects.
- Robust ownership, accountability and follow-up skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with hands-on site experience combined with contracts, billing and commercial exposure will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience, skills and suitability for the role.
