About the Role We are looking for a confident, energetic, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to represent HashView across Jalandhar city. The candidate will be responsible for visiting restaurants, hotels, cafés, shops, and other local businesses, meeting owners/managers, explaining HashView, and onboarding businesses onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

* Visit restaurants, hotels, cafes and other businesses across Jalandhar.

* Meet and communicate directly with business owners, managers, or decision makers.

*Clearly explain HashView, its features, benefits, and how it can help businesses attract more customers and grow their online presence.

* Convince businesses to register and create their business listing on HashView.

*Help business owners understand and complete the onboarding/registration process.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.

* Promote HashView to increase business adoption and awareness across Jalandhar.

* Encourage businesses to promote HashView among their customers and help increase user adoption.

* Identify new business opportunities and continuously expand the HashView business network.

* Follow up with interested businesses and convert leads into registered businesses.

* Provide regular updates and reports on visits,



leads, registrations, and conversions.

Requirements *

Good communication and convincing skills.

* Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners and managers.

* Comfortable with field sales and daily business visits.

* Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

* Previous experience in sales, marketing, field sales, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred but freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply**.

* Knowledge of the Jalandhar local market and business community will be an advantage.
