We are looking for a confident and motivated Academic Counsellor / Telecaller to join our team in Thrissur.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide relevant information about our courses.
- Understand students' academic and career goals and recommend suitable programmes.
- Counsel students and parents regarding Civil Services and competitive examination programmes.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries and leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for lead follow-up and admission activities.
- Support seminars, admission campaigns, counselling sessions, and educational events when required.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Academic Counselling, Sales, Admissions,



or the Education sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Malayalam and English.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM, or lead management tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
