Job Title: Blue-Collar Recruitment & Hospital Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive professional responsible for sourcing, mobilising, hiring, and deploying blue-collar staff at hospitals, along with managing duty rosters and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit blue-collar manpower such as GDA, attendants, housekeeping staff, ward boys, helpers, etc.
- Mobilise candidates through local networks, referrals, job portals, field visits, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for joining and deployment.
- Ensure timely placement of selected candidates at hospital locations as per client requirements.
- Maintain a ready pool of candidates for immediate deployment and replacement.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor attendance, deployment, discipline, and staff performance at hospital sites.
- Coordinate with hospital management regarding manpower requirements, replacements,



and operational issues.
- Maintain valuable relationships with hospital clients and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with HR/Operations teams for documentation, onboarding, and employee-related matters.
- Conduct regular hospital/site visits to monitor manpower and resolve issues.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Strong local networking and candidate mobilisation ability.
- Ability to handle blue-collar recruitment targets.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
- Willingness to travel for candidate sourcing and hospital visits.
- Experience in manpower recruitment, staffing, facility management, or healthcare operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
