Project Manager

Experience

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5-7 years of relevant experience managing projects from initiation to completion.

Educational Qualification

A Master’s degree is required for this position. A background in engineering, architecture, construction, or project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Lead, plan, and oversee all facets of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.

- Develop and maintain a well-structured project plan with key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Track financial metrics such as cost variance and schedule variance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing complex projects in a technical or engineering environment.





- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated ability to apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) successfully.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain solid relationships with stakeholders.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).

- Required to possess a working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering design tools.

Nice to Have (Skills)

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.

- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for detailed planning and design review.

- Familiarity with architectural design and construction project lifecycles.

- Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of change management and risk management best practices.
