LincPay is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Taxation professional to manage accounting, taxation, payroll, banking operations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Prepare and analyse Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and financial reports.
- Handle Fixed Deposit (FD) calculations, interest computation, and maturity tracking.
- Manage expenses, reserves, Contra Entries, and Contingent Entries.
- Support banking operations, bank reconciliations, transactions, and reporting.
- Manage payroll generation, salary processing, and statutory deductions.
- Handle Income Tax calculations, Advance Tax, interest calculations, and statutory filings.
- Manage GST return filing, reconciliation, and 2A/2B matching.
- Prepare and verify Form 60 / Form 61.
- Support revenue tracking, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Work on Core Banking Solution (CBS) for transaction processing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines,



and applicable financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
- Good understanding of taxation, GST, payroll, and banking operations.
- Knowledge of FD calculations, Contra/Contingent Entries, and reconciliations.
- MS Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Tally or accounting software preferred.
- Experience with Core Banking Solution (CBS) will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Details: Full time | Permanent | Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
