We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and interpersonal skills, be well-versed in HR policies and labor laws, and be capable of handling employee relations while ensuring smooth HR processes. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
