- Supervise daily construction site activities
- Coordinate workers, contractors & engineers
- Ensure quality work as per drawings & specifications
- Monitor materials, measurements & site progress
- Maintain safety standards and daily site reports
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of construction & site management
- Ability to read architectural & structural drawings
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Valuable communication & team management skills
