Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Fertility Specialist to diagnose and treat infertility in male and female patients. The specialist will provide personalized fertility care, perform assisted reproductive procedures, and work closely with embryologists, nurses, and counselors to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and diagnose infertility in couples.

- Develop individualized fertility treatment plans.

Perform fertility procedures such as IUI, IVF, ovulation induction, and follicular monitoring.

- Conduct ultrasound scans and fertility assessments.

Counsel patients regarding fertility treatment options, success rates, and risks.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with embryologists, gynecologists, urologists, and nursing staff.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure ethical, evidence-based practice.

- Stay updated with advances in reproductive medicine.

Qualifications:

- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Fellowship/DM or certified training in Reproductive Medicine/Infertility.

- Valid medical registration.

- 2–10+ years of experience in fertility and IVF (preferred).

Skills Required:

- Expertise in infertility diagnosis and treatment.

- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.

- Solid clinical decision-making abilities.

- Teamwork and empathy.

- Knowledge of IVF laboratory protocols and reproductive technologies.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in IVF centers or fertility hospitals.

- Hands-on experience with IUI, IVF, ICSI, and fertility ultrasound.
