Job Description – Graphics Designer

About the Role:

Maison Technology is looking for a creative and trend-aware Graphics Designer who can develop visually compelling designs across digital, print, branding, and outdoor media.

The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in graphic design, a positive understanding of current design trends, and the ability to convert ideas and brand requirements into impactful visual communication.

Candidates with video editing skills will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Design banners, posters, hoardings, brochures, standees, flyers, and other print/outdoor creatives.
- Develop brand identity systems, including logos, brand guidelines, typography, colour palettes, and visual assets.
- Create professional logo concepts and brand identity designs based on client requirements.
- Work on 3D designs and visual compositions wherever required.
- Develop creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency across different platforms and formats.
- Adapt designs for multiple dimensions and platforms, including social media, digital ads, print, and outdoor media.
- Collaborate with the creative, social media, marketing, content, and video teams to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated with latest graphic design trends, visual styles, typography, layouts, and digital design practices.
- Take creative briefs and transform them into strong visual concepts with minimal supervision.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver designs within agreed timelines.





Video Editing – Preferred: Candidates who can also handle video editing and short-form content creation will be given preference.

Knowledge of:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Reels/Short-form video editing
- Basic motion graphics
- Transitions, typography animation, and visual effects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

A candidate who can combine strong graphic design fundamentals + branding + digital/social media design + basic video editing + 3D/design innovation will be highly preferred.

Compensation & Work Details

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Location: Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday–Friday + 2 Saturdays off per month
