Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring that projects comply with approved designs, specifications, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop designs based on project requirements, site conditions, and client expectations.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other technical teams.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Visit project sites to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Prepare presentations, 3D views, working drawings, and documentation as required.
- Support the project team during execution and provide necessary design clarifications.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals,



and project documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- 03 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction projects.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably Revit/SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and finishing works.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in preparing working drawings and coordinating with site teams.
- Candidates with valuable knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes will be preferred.
