Here is what you will be responsible for:- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals in collaboration with the HRBP Manager.- Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.- Collaborate on organizational change management efforts by advising leaders on team structures and supporting change management and organizational design.- Guide managers and teams through the performance management cycle and analyze engagement survey results to enhance the employee experience.- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, document employee relations matters, and escalate complex issues as necessary.- Utilize key HR metrics to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to business leaders.- Facilitate coaching sessions for people managers and senior leaders, and provide logistical and administrative support for leadership activities.To succeed in this role, you will need:- A Bachelors/Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a matrix/global organization.- Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks.- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset,
