What Youll Do:

- Evaluate integration requests for feasibility, scalability, reusability, and alignment to platform standards.
- Facilitate synchronization meetings with other product owners and mentor peers to enhance product ownership capabilities.
- Validate complete user stories to ensure it meets acceptance criteria, quality expectations, and readiness for deployment.
- Support product managers in creating and managing product vision and technical roadmaps related to scope.
- Align with peer Product Owners during planning increments and sprint planning to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery of Magenta Pulse features.

What Youll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, or related field, plus 3+ years of related work experience; or advanced degree with 1 year; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience with information architecture components and enterprise solution design.
- Understanding data modeling principles in relational and dimensional database structures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve technical and strategic challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong customer service management skills, including the ability to use personal initiative and be a self-starter.
- Proficiency in productivity applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.





Must Have Skills:

- Strong product strategy and roadmap ownership aligned to business goals and customer value
- Advanced backlog management in Jira, including epics, user stories, and prioritization
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum practices with experience leading sprint ceremonies and refinement
- Ability to write transparent, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria (INVEST)
- Excellent stakeholder management across business, engineering, and design teams
- Data-driven decision making using KPIs, analytics, and customer insights

AI & agent tooling:

- Proficient in AI coding/automation assistants (Claude, Copilot, or equivalent).
- Able to design, build, and deploy AI agents as first-class platform components - agent-driven CI/CD workflows, automated runbook execution, vulnerability triage automation, and developer self-service tooling powered by AI.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in commissions, billing, or financial systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases or RDS in a microservices environment.
- Experience with Spring Cloud ecosystem.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with distributed tracing tools (Open Telemetry, Zipkin, Jaeger).
- Scripting experience (Python, Shell) for automation.
- Certification Details Required Preferred Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) preferred.
