*Job Summary*

Leading contracting/PMC firm handling residential projects is looking for a *Senior Quantity Surveyor* with 15+ years experience in Tendering and Client Billing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end BOQ, rate analysis, tender schedules, and billing reconciliation for residential building projects.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Prepare detailed *quantity estimation and measurement* including *BBS* for residential building projects

- Handle *rate analysis for tendering* and prepare competitive BOQ-based tenders

- Source and validate *current material and labour market rates* independently

- Prepare *MS Project based tender schedules* and track tender timelines

- Manage *client billing* - RA bills, final bills, variation claims, and reconciliation

- Verify and substantiate client claims with strong reconciliation skills

- Coordinate with site team, consultants, and vendors for measurements and clarifications

- Explain rates, quantities, and billing details clearly to clients and management

- Manage multiple project billing requirements with accuracy and adherence to timelines





*Required Skills & Competencies*

1. *15+ years* experience with majority in *Residential / Commercial building projects*

2. Strong knowledge of *quantity estimation, measurement, and BBS*

3. Expertise in *rate analysis, tendering, and BOQ preparation*

4. Good understanding of *current material & labour market rates*

5. Solid *reconciliation skills* for client billing and claims

6. Excellent *communication skills* for client and internal coordination

7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy

*Software Skills*

- *AutoCAD* – for measurement and drawing review

- *MS Office* – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- *MS Project* – for preparing basic tender schedules

*Preferred Industry Background*

- *Contracting companies* operating on a BOQ-based model

- *Project Management Consultancy (PMC)* companies

*Companies / Backgrounds to Avoid*

- *Property Development Companies*

- *Infrastructure Companies*

- Candidates with only *Infrastructure/Industrial project* experience will not be considered

*Additional Requirements*

- Must own a *two-wheeler* for site visits

- Resume must include *complete project details*: Project type, Name, Size, Role, Duration

- *Stable employment history* – No frequent job changes

*Interview Process*
