We are seeking an experienced Process & Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team in a batch process chemical plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-product manufacturing, batch process, material planning, and chemical process knowledge.

The Process & Production Manager will be responsible for managing production, executing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF systems and ERP processes. They will lead a team of 5-7 members (workmen) and coordinate with purchase, planning, and sales for all production activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will ensure all batches are produced as per the batch plan and schedules, maintain a safe and effective production environment,



and ensure zero spillage during production operations.

The Process & Production Manager will also be responsible for entering outputs and issuing labels of finished products in ERP, interacting with other departments to ensure timely actions and uninterrupted flow of process, managing batch operations, including manual and DCS processes, handling pumps and filters, and implementing GMP, TPM, and CIP practices.
