The Role:

Seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our team as a Creative Visual Storytelling Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing cutting-edge PowerPoint presentations and crafting engaging animated videos that showcase our capabilities, pitch ideas to prospective customers, and support business development efforts.

This role requires exceptional visualization skills, the ability to construct compelling storylines, and the expertise to work with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and shape a vision for impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Presentation Design: Create visually stunning PowerPoint presentations with modern layouts and graphics to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Video Production: Develop short animated videos to showcase organizational capabilities, project success stories, and sales pitches.
- Storyline Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling narratives that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect information, define project goals, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Vision Definition: Translate business objectives and stakeholder inputs into a transparent creative vision for each project.
- Research and Ideation: Conduct research to understand customer personas, industry trends, and competitors to create relevant and persuasive content.
- Quality Assurance:



Ensure all deliverables maintain a high standard of creativity, professionalism, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Tools and Techniques: Leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance visual and video outputs.

- Proven experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and animated video content.
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visualization techniques.
- Exceptional communication and probing skills to gather information and align with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry trends in multimedia storytelling and presentation design.

Tools and Software Experience:

- Presentation Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced level), Google Slides
- Animation and Video Tools: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, Blender (preferred).
- Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma.
- Other: Knowledge of basic video editing and rendering processes, and familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, or DALL·E).

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing previous PowerPoint presentations and video projects.
- 3+ Years of Overall experience.
