- Design and implement scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data transformation pipelines.
- Create executive-level KPI, project, portfolio, and governance dashboards.
- Manage project planning, resource tracking, capacity planning, risk monitoring, and roadmap reporting.
- Develop advanced reporting solutions using Jira APIs, JQL, and Power BI integrations.
- Automate reporting and data extraction processes using Python scripting.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to define reporting and analytics strategies.
- Establish BI governance, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
